P0 · RELEASE PHASE

Foundation

A runnable, modular core with honest boundaries.

React browser workspace

In Progress

Implemented; build validation recorded in this milestone. Browser acceptance needs a manual run.

PySide6 UI & clean shutdown

In Progress

Windows source included. Native execution and shutdown acceptance require Windows testing.

Settings, logging & secure credentials

In Progress

Browser settings and activity are local. Native SQLite, rotating logs and process-only OpenAI credentials are implemented; target tests pending.

Core diagnostics

Real deterministic checks for calculator and URL validation. These do not test Windows or AI availability.

MVP exit criteria

  • Launches on Windows with PySide6
  • Live AI text chat, history and honest errors
  • Approved applications, files, folders and websites
  • Safe confirmation, cancellation and result checks
  • No running workers after clean shutdown

Not yet accepted: the native build must pass these checks on Windows.

Next priority

Install the native core on Windows, run its safety tests, and verify P0–P2 end to end with a real OpenAI response. Resolve defects before expanding scope.

Next release gate: voice and “Hey Tony”. Playwright, screen control, tray integration and optional startup remain in the roadmap.
Safety first. Always.
